Sailed well today, mostly be anticipating the conditions. The new sail I got on Friday is nice. It takes a bit of getting used to. At times I felt a bit overpowered. I've read BEFS' report and he said he was overpowered on 8.5, well I can imagine that would be easy today! I did a few really nice gybes today. Did some good helis and a S&B360. Also I'm practicing ducks when I can. I've got the feeling, but not the confidence to do it going into a planing carve.

Brog was very gusty today. People were on anything from 5m to 9.5m at the same time. Weird. A hailstorm came over about 3pm. It was incredible. Total white out.
